4、过线电压

供(gong)电(dian)系统产品电(dian)压器、保护(hu)(hu)接(jie)地装(zhuang)(zhuang)置网的(de)保护(hu)(hu)接(jie)地装(zhuang)(zhuang)置内(nꦑei)阻值(zhi)、避雷器等没按指(zhi)导书想(xiang)要周(zhou)期性完成验(yan)测试验(yan)检测, 没法直接(jie)发现了产品一些(xie)缺陷,产品长时间因病(bing)进行,带(dai)来(lai)供(gong)电(dian)系统产品电(dian✃)压器烧坏。
8、二次居民(min)用电管理工作不紧

防治工(gong)作
1、合理(li)有(you)效硬件配置庇护, 系统设备完成
在配电变压器投运前, 严格安装高、低压熔体, 同时测试负荷情况,分析原因。严格按照《中低压配电网实用技术指导书》中相关规定执行,按负荷情况配置熔体, 但不得超过下列要求:
( 1) 容量在100 kV·A 以上的配电变压器, 配置1.5~2.0 倍额定电流的熔体;
( 2)容量在100 kV·A 以下的配电变压器, 配置2.0~3.0 倍额定电流的熔体;
( 3) 低压侧熔体应按额定电流稍大一点选择。
2、提高电量负荷(he)量标(biao)准化管理(li)

4、严(yan)格落实总(zong)保护性设(she)备
每(mei)台电气重(zhong)新安(an)装(zhuang)箱式变(bian)压(ya)器必须重(zhong)新安(an)装(zhuang)1阶段(duan)剩下感应电流健(jian)身(shen)行(xing)为(wei)(wei)庇护(hu)安(an)全装(zhuang)置(zhi)。在(zai)其投入运(yun)营(ying)前(qian)须做内容如下检(jian)则(ze)作业: ( 1) 带功率因数补(bu)(bu)偿分、合(he)功能键开关(guan)3 次, 禁(jin)止误(wu)动(dong); ( 2) 用实(shi)验(yan)功能键实(shi)验(yan)3 次, 应有效(xiao)合(he)理健(j🐟ian)身(shen)行(xing)为(wei)(wei);( 3) 各相用实(shi)验(yan)热敏电阻接地装(zhuang)置(zhi)实(shi)验(yan)3 次, 应有效(xiao)合(he)理健(jian)身(shen)行(xing)为(wei)(wei)。在(zai)启动(dong)中一天试跳1 次, 应有效(xiao)合(he)理健(jian)身(shen)行(xing)为(wei)(wei)。禁(jin)上对压(ya)差大1阶段(duan)漏电庇护(hu)器离开启动(dong),若出現跳电错误(wu)代码(ma),应即使先大排查情况,补(bu)(bu)救错误(wu)代码(ma),后供电公司。
